Exchanges & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags & seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected] If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Request after 15 Days will not be accepted and processed.

Damaged or Tampered

At the time of delivery, please ensure that you do not accept any shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way.
Incase you have accepted the damaged or tampered shipment, you need to email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery along with Photos (video will be preferable) of the damaged goods.
After evaluating the issue, within 15 days, we will offer you a replacement of the product or a full refund of the amount, if the product is not available, already paid upon return of the original item(s).

Request after 48 Hours will not be accepted and processed.

Incorrect Products

Incase you have received an incorrect product, please ensure that you email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery.

Within 15 days, we will dispatch the correct product or a full refund of the amount, if the product is not available, already paid upon return of the original item(s).

The incorrect products sent back in must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags & seals, and in its original packaging

Request after 48 Hours will not be accepted and processed.

Refunds

Only products that are coming under the ‘Damaged or Tampered’ or ‘Incorrect Products’ can be considered for a refund. No other products will be eligible for return.

If the products are not returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags & seals, and in its original packaging.

Any item returned showing signs of tampering, usage, alteration or damaged in any manner will not be acceptable for return
