  • Prepare material receipt notes (MRN) and material issue notes (MIN).
  • Execute daily store functions following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain and prepare all store reports.
  • Conduct inventory audits at store branches.
  • Manage store and asset stock registers.
  • Prepare monthly store reconciliation statements.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels for consumables.
  • Implement proper stock issuance methods and maintain stock levels.
  • Oversee overall responsibilities for stores, dispatch, and purchase functions.
