Terms Of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are issued by Vibrant Salon and Spa Services Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand “Envi Salon & Spa” (“Envi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms form a single, central agreement and govern, together and without distinction: all services performed at any Envi salon or spa outlet, including hair, beauty, skin, nail and spa services (“Salon Services”); all appointments and bookings, whether made in person, by phone, WhatsApp, through envi.in, book.envi.in, or any other channel; all purchases of products, service packages, memberships and gift cards, whether made online or at an outlet; and all use of our website envi.in and associated online store and booking platforms.

References to these Terms on invoices, bills, booking confirmations, signage or receipts are references to this page, which contains the complete and authoritative version.

Part A — General

1. Acceptance of these Terms

You accept these Terms by doing any of the following: booking an appointment; availing any Salon Service; purchasing any product, package, membership or gift card; or using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book, purchase, or avail our services.

Where a booking is made on behalf of another person (for example, a family member or a bridal party), the person making the booking confirms they are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of each guest.

Customer of record. The person named in our invoice, booking or membership record for a transaction is the customer of record for that transaction. Services, benefits, memberships and any rights or remedies under these Terms are provided to, and enforceable by, the customer of record. Please ensure billing is done in the name of the person actually availing the service; we rely on our records as the authoritative account of who our customer is.

2. Eligibility and minors

Guests below 18 years of age may receive Salon Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and for guests below 13 years of age, a parent or guardian must remain present at the outlet for the duration of the service. Chemical treatments (colouring, straightening, smoothening and similar) are provided to minors only at our discretion and with written guardian consent.

Part B — Salon Services

3. Appointments and bookings

  • Appointments are subject to availability of the requested stylist, therapist and time slot. Where a requested staff member is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent alternative.
  • Estimated service durations and prices communicated at booking are indicative. Final pricing depends on the actual service performed, hair length/density, product used and any add-ons consented to during the service. Any material change to price will be communicated before it is incurred.
  • We may require an advance or full prepayment to confirm bookings for high-value services, group bookings of three or more guests, bridal services, or peak periods.
  • Complimentary amenities: refreshments, beverages, and courtesy add-ons offered at our outlets are gestures of hospitality extended at our discretion. They are provided free of charge, do not form part of the consideration paid for any service, may vary by outlet and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. No claim of deficiency or entitlement arises from the availability, non-availability or manner of such complimentary amenities.

4. Cancellations, no-shows and late arrival

  • Cancellation window: appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late cancellation / no-show: cancellations inside the window, or failure to appear, may attract forfeiture of up to 50% of any advance paid, or deduction of one sitting from a package.
  • Late arrival: we hold appointments for 15 minutes. After this, we may shorten the service to fit the remaining slot (at full price) or treat the appointment as a no-show, at our discretion and depending on the day’s schedule.
  • If we cancel or cannot honour a confirmed appointment, we will reschedule at your convenience or refund any advance paid for that appointment in full. This is the full extent of our responsibility for a cancelled appointment.

5. Health disclosure, patch tests and contraindications

Salon and spa services involve products and processes that can affect different people differently. You agree that:

  • you will disclose, before the service begins, any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin or scalp sensitivities, recent chemical treatments, pregnancy, or medication that may affect the service;
  • for chemical services (colour, straightening, smoothening, perming, certain skin treatments), we may require a patch test at least 48 hours prior. If you decline an offered patch test, you accept the risk of adverse reaction and our liability for such reaction is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law;
  • we may decline or modify a service where, in our professional judgment, it is unsafe or unsuitable for you; and
  • our staff are trained service professionals, not medical practitioners. Nothing said at an outlet is medical advice.

6. Service outcomes and our redo promise

Results of beauty and hair services vary with individual hair and skin characteristics, prior treatments and aftercare. Reference photographs, catalogues and shade cards are indicative only, and an exact match to them is not guaranteed.

If you are dissatisfied with the execution of a service, tell us before leaving the outlet where possible, and in any case within 7 days of the service. Our remedy is a redo: we will re-perform or correct the service free of charge, by the same or a different professional, at the same outlet. A redo is available where the concern relates to the execution of the service, and not where the service was performed as agreed but preferences changed afterwards, aftercare instructions were not followed, or the hair/skin was altered elsewhere after the service.

7. Refunds on services

  • Services once rendered are non-refundable. Our redo promise in Section 6 is the remedy for service concerns.
  • If a redo is not feasible for reasons attributable to us, we may at our discretion issue a service credit or refund, capped at the amount actually paid for the specific service concerned. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Advances for appointments cancelled by you outside the free-cancellation window are governed by Section 4, not this Section.

8. Conduct, and our right to refuse service

We may refuse, pause or discontinue service to any guest who is abusive to staff or other guests, appears intoxicated, has a condition that makes the service unsafe (for example, an active scalp or skin infection for the relevant service), or otherwise breaches these Terms. Where a service is discontinued for these reasons, charges apply for the portion of service already performed.

9. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you. Except where loss is caused by our negligence, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, including items left in service areas, changing rooms or lockers. Garments worn during chemical services are worn at your risk; we provide protective capes and gowns and recommend their use.

10. Photography and testimonials

We photograph or record a guest’s service results for portfolio or promotional use only with that guest’s consent. You may decline without affecting your service.

Part C — Packages, Memberships and Gift Cards

11. Service packages and memberships

  • Validity: unless a different period is stated at purchase, packages and memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sittings or balances lapse on expiry.
  • Transferability: packages and memberships are personal to the purchaser (the customer of record) and non-transferable.
  • Non-refundable: package and membership fees are non-refundable once purchased, except where we permanently cease operating every outlet reasonably accessible to you, in which case the unused proportion will be refunded.
  • Package pricing reflects a committed purchase; individual sittings redeemed under a package cannot be exchanged for cash or credited at the à-la-carte rate.
  • Membership benefits: memberships may include discounts on service billing and specified complimentary services. Complimentary services provided under a membership are benefits of the membership, not separately paid services. The membership fee stands consumed once any benefit — discount or complimentary service — has been availed under it.
  • Set-off on any permitted refund: where a refund of a membership or package fee is permitted under these Terms or required by law, the value of all discounts availed and all complimentary or discounted services already taken under it will first be recomputed at full menu rates and set off against the amount refundable.
  • Redemption across outlets: packages and memberships are redeemable at all Envi outlets.

12. Gift cards

  • Gift cards are redeemable against services and products at Envi outlets and are valid for 12 months from issue, or such longer period as required by applicable law.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are not replaceable if lost, except where required by law.

Part D — Products and Online Store

13. Product purchases and returns

  • Retail products purchased at an outlet or online are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
  • Sealed, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase/delivery with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Defective or damaged-in-transit products will be replaced or refunded upon verification.

14. Pricing, billing and errors

Prices, service menus and offers may change without prior notice; the price applicable is the price current at the time of service or purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical or billing errors, and to cancel orders arising from such errors with a full refund of amounts paid. Offers and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, carry no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

15. Website use

Our website and online store are provided on an “as is” basis. Content on the site is for general information and may occasionally contain inaccuracies; it is not a binding offer. You agree not to misuse the site, including by transmitting malicious code, scraping, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing our intellectual property. All trademarks, content and branding on the site belong to Vibrant Salon and Spa Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Links to third-party websites or tools (including payment gateways and booking platforms) are provided for convenience; we are not liable for third-party materials or services. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Part E — Legal Terms

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with any service, product or transaction is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific service, product or transaction; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity or enjoyment (for example, in connection with events such as weddings or photo shoots); and (c) we are not liable for reactions, outcomes or damage caused by non-disclosure of relevant health information, refusal of an offered patch test, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatments received elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your use of our services or website.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, epidemics, government orders, strikes, power or utility failures, or civil disturbance. Prepaid amounts for services not delivered due to such events will be rescheduled or credited.

19. Severability, entire agreement, changes

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policy expressly referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services and supersede prior communications. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking or purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.

21. Contact and grievance redressal
